As a professional lighting manufacturer, we can benefit from our overall technical experience and resources and take on large and complex assignments, wherever in the world the needs arise. SmileLighting is dedicated to manufacturing highly-quality lighting fixtures, we appreciate your interest in us and our products, but we are sorry we can't provide a standard price list for OEM orders because OEM projects are highly customized, and the final cost depends on various factors. Here are some key reasons:

  • 1. Customization Requirements: OEM orders are tailored to each customer’s design, materials, and specifications, making standardized pricing impossible.

  • 2. Voltage Differences: Countries use different voltages (e.g., 110V vs. 220V), requiring variations in wiring, sockets, and components, affecting costs.

  • 3. Order Volume: Pricing depends heavily on order quantities — larger orders often enjoy lower unit costs due to economies of scale.

  • 4. Material and Component Choices: The choice of materials and light sources significantly impacts the price, especially if premium or specialized components are requested.

  • 5. Fluctuating Material Costs: The prices of raw materials like brass, aluminum, and glass frequently change due to market conditions, directly influencing product costs.

  • 6. Complexity of Design: More intricate designs require additional craftsmanship, tooling, and labor, all of which add to the final price.

  • 7. Certification and Compliance: Meeting diverse safety and quality standards (e.g., CE, UL) involves testing and documentation, which add extra costs.

  • 8. Production Processes: Additional treatments like polishing, coating, or assembly vary by design and further affect pricing.

  • 9. Logistics and Packaging: Shipping fees, packaging methods, and handling costs differ based on order size and destination, impacting overall expenses.

  • 10. Market Conditions: Currency exchange rates and shifting global trade policies can influence the final price.

  • In short, OEM pricing reflects a combination of project-specific needs and market-driven factors, making personalized quotes the most accurate and fair approach.
